SpacetoCo Regular Customers are trusted members of the community who have been verified by their host. If your bookings are weekly or regular then this category might be for you!
Here at Hive11 we have three categories to choose from in your Regular User application:

How to set up your Regular User Account:
If you are a Regular bookings customer with Hive11 you may have been invited to sign up or apply as a Regular User.
You only need to sign up once! 🙂 When you have completed the application your Hive11 Space Host will 'approve' your application, provided all details are accurate.
The process will involve three steps:
Step 1
1) Create an account at SpacetoCo (name, email address, choose a password)
Step 2
2) Fill in the Verification signup form about your events. This is also where you nominate the payment method
Step 3
3) Awaiting the bookings officer for Hive11 to accept your application and create your regular bookings for you.
You will receive an email when these are done!
Note: Bookings are not entered until the application is approved first.
How to make payments:

Automatic Payments
Automatic Payments directly take money out of your card or account.
What to expect and what you'll need:
You will need to provide the following information:

Payment method (direct debit or credit card)

Relevant documents

The contact details for your organisation.
How Payments will work:
In SpacetoCo, invoices are sent for the previous months bookings.
Your payment timeline will be:
1st of the Month - You will receive a bookings summary for the previous month.
7th of the month - You’ll receive an invoice.
10th of the month - Your nominated payment method will be charged.

Manual Payments
Manual Payments allow you to menually pay your invoice from your card or account.
What to expect and what you'll need:
Manual Card Payment: Each month, the customer will receive a link with their invoice, directing them to a secure payment page. They can enter their card details to make a one-off payment which is instant, and immediately reflected in their dashboard.
Manual Bank Transfer: Each month, the customer will receive a link with their invoice containing the bank transfer details. The customer is responsible for transferring the funds accurately to the account provided, after which SpacetoCo will reconcile the payment.
Note: This option is slower and should be used as a last resort.
